About

AxiOS (Axios) is Gatkul’s collaborative automotive engineering platform — campus labs, suppliers, and OEM teams on one mesh of workspaces, copilots, and traceable projects. We believe India’s deep-tech automotive future needs shared rigor: fewer siloed spreadsheets, more comparable models, and pipelines that survive audits from idea to road.

  • Engineering truth travels. Design intent, plant reality, and field feedback should meet in one continuity graph — not three incompatible truths.
  • Hybrid futures are honest futures. Electrons and molecules both matter — platform language should size both without moralizing dashboards.
  • Industry–academia as infrastructure. Forums and shared modules turn collaboration into repeatable capital — not annual hackathon theater.

Axios · Farm-to-fleet

From village conditioning to corridors that carry the nation

We envision distributed bioCNG — conditioned at the farm gate, aggregated at taluka scale, trusted in city dispatch — as a credible complement to electrification for India: dense grids, residue-rich hinterlands, and fleets that need range without waiting on a singular grid sprint. Hybrid powertrains marry that molecule with electrons; Axios is where those narratives become engineered artifacts.

  1. Farmer-operator at a rural biogas conditioning yard in India monitoring filtration and compression.

    Beat 9 · Farm-gate urjada

At the village edge, fodder and agricultural residue become conditioned gas — filtered, metered, and logged before it leaves the farm. Disciplined micro-industry treats gas like inventory: seals, slips, and traceability beat hand-wavy offsets.

  2. Taluka-scale bioCNG collection, refining, and distribution facility serving surrounding farms.

    Beat 10 · Taluka aggregation

Clustered buffering turns scattered farm-gate production into dependable fill for stations and fleets. Aggregation is where quality control, custody transfer, and grid-adjacency services meet — reducing spoilage panic and phantom carbon math.

  3. Urban CNG dispensing with bio-origin provenance cues for commuter and fleet drivers.

    Beat 11 · City-grade fill

When drivers refill in the city, the story completes in the nozzle: audited provenance so “green” fuel is evidenced, not wallpaper. Urban adoption needs calm UX and institutional trust — the same seriousness we bring to plant-floor traceability.

  4. High-performance prototype on an Indian highway past grazing pasture, turbines, and photovoltaic fields.

    Beat 12 · Agri-energy corridor

A carbon-fiber prototype glides past wire-fenced pasture, turbines, and agri-PV rows — corridor-scale proof that aspiration and stewardship can coexist. The emotional line lands simply: prosperity can wear engineering rigor.

Farmers are not only annadata — feeding the nation — but urjadata, anchoring decentralized conditioning and honest metering at the edge of mobility. That is dignity in infrastructure: not charity optics, but traceable molecules, audited handoffs, and platforms where campus labs and OEM lines speak the same data language.

Mission Control

Operations language borrowed from disciplined manufacturing — Stripe-grade audit posture, observability cues from serious SaaS — mapped to shop-floor realities: lines, stops, rework, recalls, shipments.

Unified operational story

OEE snapshots · open NCRs · line stop attribution · rework queues · shipment trace · recall rehearsals · anomaly posture · AI-assisted root-cause — expressed without mocked terminal fiction.

Mission Control is how plant and program leadership proves the enterprise is coherent — Axios ties those states to provisioning and onboarding so factories do not stumble into “successful demos, fragile reality.”
