Agreement

By accessing gatkul.app, registering for a product, or using a Gatkul workspace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Gatkul Apps provides software products for education, aerospace, and mobility use cases. Features, availability, and support levels depend on your selected plan and any executed order form or statement of work.

Accounts & responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under accounts you provision. Institutions must ensure users comply with our Code of Conduct and applicable laws when using the platform.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to violate law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform stability. We may suspend access to protect the service or other customers.

Fees & payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase or in your agreement. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in restricted access after reasonable notice, subject to contractual terms.

Intellectual property

Gatkul Apps retains all rights in the platform, documentation, and branding. Customer data remains yours, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service. See our Copyrights page for site content usage.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to the applicable agreement. Upon termination, access to the workspace may be disabled; export and data retention windows are defined in your plan or contract.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India unless your executed contract states otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page; continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
