A Gatkul onboarding specialist will call or email you within 1–2 business days to verify your school details and discuss your requirements.

We'll customise the plan to perfectly fit your school's size and needs.

We Set Up Your School Dashboard

Our team provisions your dedicated, isolated school workspace — student database, fee structure, class setup — all configured for you.

Your data is completely isolated from other schools for privacy and security.
Step 04

Staff Training & Data Migration

We train your administrators, teachers, and office staff. If you have existing student data in Excel or other formats, we migrate it for you.

Training sessions are available online or on-site at your school.
Step 05

Go Live!

Flip the switch and go live. Parents get app download links, teachers get their login credentials, and you're up and running.

Most schools go live within 5–7 working days of first contact.

Ongoing Support

Our support team is available via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Monthly check-ins ensure you're getting the most out of the platform.
